SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY NOTICE

The user has a profile on the same social media platform and has chosen to join the page created by VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L., thereby showing interest in the information published there. By joining our page, the user consents to the processing of the personal data available on their profile.
Users can access the privacy policies of each social media platform at any time and configure their profiles to ensure their privacy.
VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. has access to and processes only public information from the user's profile, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social media platform and are not incorporated into any file unless previously and expressly authorized by the data subject.

USER POSTS

It is expressly prohibited to post any content (text, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) that may be offensive to morality, ethics, good taste, or public decency, or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law. In such cases, VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. reserves the right to immediately remove the offending content and may block the user permanently.
VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. is not responsible for the content freely posted by users.
Users should be aware that their posts may be visible to other users, and they are primarily responsible for managing their own privacy.
Images posted on the page will not be stored in any file by VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L., but will remain on the social media platform.
CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS
VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. reserves the right to organize contests and promotions, which users connected to its page may participate in. The rules for each event, when held via a social media platform, will be published on the same platform. All events will comply with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.
The social media platforms do not sponsor, endorse, or manage any of our promotions, nor are they associated with them in any way.
ADVERTISING
VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. will use social media to advertise its products and services. If it processes contact data for direct commercial prospecting, it will always do so in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR, the LOPDGDD, and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending the VAPERS EXPERIENCE, S.L. page to other users so they can also enjoy promotions or stay informed of company activities will not be considered advertising.
