We review one to one every bottle of our liquid before sending checking your seal is in perfect condition, therefore no changes or refunds will be accepted by unsealed bottles.
Being a personal use item not accept returns unless one of the following causes:
1- Error on shipping by bomboeliquids.
In this case all shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by bomboeliquids.com (both the return as shipping new product by bomboeliquids.com)
2- The customer wants to change the order by his mistake.
In this case only the change will be made if the bottle is properly sealed and all associated shipping costs will be paid by the customer (both the return as shipping new product by bomboeliquids.com)
3- The client believes that the product is in bad condition.
In this case the client must send the bottle to bomboeqliquids paying shipping costs. The contents of the bottle will be reviewed and if indeed the liquid is not in optimal conditions a new bottle will be sent to the customer, paying bomboeliquids shipping costs and making the customer a refund of the expenses for sending the defective product.
If the content is correct it will be returned to the customer the same bottle, being the customer who pays the return shipping costs.
