Delivery terms and conditions
Products are shipped to the shipping address you choose in the order. Shipments to the Peninsula (Spain) will have a maximum of 48 working hours and outside the peninsula will be between 3 and 10 days, consult in each case.
Problems with delivery
If delivery is delayed, the buyer must report calling +34 672 826 580 from Monday to Friday from 9 to 14pm.
Upon receiving the ordered products, the customer must check that the products are agreed. Any anomaly in the delivery (missing products, broken, damaged package, etc.) should be indicated to the department of customer service on the phone and times listed above.
Number or purchase order is required.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received.
